Parking for 2 cars directly outside home. Any additional vehicles must be parked around the block at the Piper Club, per HOA rules.

You will receive the code to enter the home by 3pm the day of arrival. Each guest receives an individual code, good only for the dates of their booking.

Our gourmet kitchen features stainless steel major appliances, virtually all small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, gadgets, and spices you could need or want.

Our deck overlooks Stratton Mountain! It has a large grassy green belt where your kids can play, or sled, in the winter!

The home has multiple fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors . The first aid kit can be found in the kitchen drawer.

We have a baby gate to keep children from leaving the main level and prevent them from climbing the stairs.

No smoking or vaping allowed. If you must smoke, it must be outside. You must bring a lidded container for your butts and ashes and take with you upon departure. Any evidence of smoking of any kind and or vaping smell in home will result in $250 deep cleaning fee. We are NOT 420 friendly under any circumstance.

There is only one step to enter into the home. There are two bedrooms well suited for people with mobility needs. The queen bedroom on the main floor behind the living room requires no steps to enter. The queen and two bunk bedroom also on the main level, requires only one step down to enter.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs.

We have high speed internet in the home, by Comcast/Xfinity.
